How to Create a Matter

Follow these simple steps to create a new matter and start organizing your practice.

Step 1

Click "Create Matter"

From your dashboard, click the "Create Matter" button or use the quick action menu.

Fill in Matter Details

Enter the matter name, client information, matter type, and any relevant case numbers. The wizard guides you through each field.

Set Billing Configuration

Choose your billing method (hourly, flat fee, retainer, etc.) and set rates. You can customize this per matter.

Add Team Members (Optional)
